PCAHA and BFIHA Meetings for Team Officials

Dear Coaches, Managers and HCSPs,

Thanks again for stepping up this season to support our players and our association. We’re really lucky to have such a great group helping out this year. Whether it’s early mornings, late nights, or weekends at the rink, it all makes a big difference to the players and to all of us at BFIHA.

Please find below some information about upcoming meetings to help guide you through the season. Attendance at both PCAHA and BFIHA meetings is mandatory. If you are unable to attend, please send a delegate. Each team is responsible for knowing the information shared during these meetings.

PCAHA Female Hockey Coach/Manager Meetings (U11 to U18)

Every year, PCAHA hosts mandatory information sessions for Coaches and Managers. These sessions cover important updates for the upcoming season, including rule changes, key dates, roster deadlines, and more. At least one official from each team must attend, though it is strongly recommended that both the Coach and Manager join.

PCAHA Coach/Manager Spordle Play Meetings

In addition to the PCAHA sessions, BFIHA will host mandatory meetings for Managers, HCSPs, and Coaches. These sessions will provide association-specific updates, answer questions, and give you the chance to connect with fellow Wildcats team officials.
