Stay and Play Partner Hotels

Stay and Play Policy

The 2026 tournament is a Stay and Play event. Teams travelling from outside the Lower Mainland are required to stay at one of the Tournament’s designated partner hotels.

For designated partner hotel options and rates, please refer to the RDT 2026 Stay and Play Hotel Information.

Hotel booking information and the booking process will be provided to the team representative upon acceptance. A $500 Opt-Out Fee applies to teams that choose not to stay at one of the designated partner hotels.

FAQ

Who does the Stay and Play policy apply to?

All teams traveling from outside the Lower Mainland are required to participate in the Stay and Play program. Adherence to this policy is a condition of tournament acceptance.

Can our team stay somewhere other than a designated partner hotel?

Yes. Teams may choose to stay at accommodations other than a designated partner hotel; however, a $500 opt-out fee will apply.

When will we receive the hotel information?

A list of our designated partner hotels is located here. We will be sharing additional details, including booking instructions and reservation deadlines, in the coming weeks.
